What wine will we have tonight?

I'll choose Apothic Red for the wine! www.apothic.com/wine.php (Their website has a "Where to Buy" link.) It's a blended red from California. I think sometimes people snub their noses at blended wines, but this one will convince you that blends are fabulous! You can get the best of each different type of grape! I don't really have much of a story behind it, other than a friend introduced me to it because she really liked it and I've liked it ever since! |
